Terms and Conditions
Please note that no orders will be sent until payment has been made in full and cleared. No custom orders will be started until full payment is received. Once payment has been made on custom orders no changes can be made.
No returns or refunds on custom orders for simply changing mind.
When you receive your order please check its quantity and quality. We have a rigorous quality control process before shipping, if there is a mistake or any dissatisfaction about your order please contact us within 3 working days of receiving the goods. Should there be any issues we will endeavour to rectify the problem swiftly.
As each item is hand made please allow up to 10 working days after payment has been received and cleared to ship (unless otherwise stated). We will notify you as soon as your order has been shipped. Please note the I make it team do NOT take responsibility for any lost mail and if you would like to have your item shipped with a tracking record please contact before payment is made as this is an extra cost (please note tracking is only available within Australia.).
INTERNATIONAL SHOPPERS: It is up to the buyer to make sure they are complying with any international customs/taxes etc, I make it will NOT be held responsible for any international custom laws/taxes.
